PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

PERSONALISED PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
We will only use your e-mail address if we have obtained it because you have made a purchase from us or registered with us. We may use this e-mail address to inform you about similar products to those you have purchased in the past or intend to purchase or to inform you that an item in your shopping cart or favourites list has been reduced in price. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe options provided in our e-mails. Your e-mail address will not be shared with third parties.

CONTACT FORM AND NEWSLETTER
In our web store, you can ask questions via our contact form. If you use this form, you will be asked to enter some personal data so that we can reply to your question. You can choose which personal information you provide. The information you enter is stored for as long as is necessary to enable us to fully process and answer the question you submit via the contact form.

We also publish a newsletter in which we provide more information on our products and services to people who have expressed an interest in receiving it. If you wish to unsubscribe from our Wolkyshop newsletter, there is an ‘unsubscribe' button at the bottom of each newsletter. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent.

LOCATION DATA
We may collect your location data (GPS) if we need it for the purpose of providing an effective service. We will ask for your consent for this at the time of collection.

This location data may also be stored and processed by the provider of the navigation/mapping software, such as Google Maps, but the data could also be used by, for example, Google or Apple themselves, over which we have no control. RETENTION PERIOD
We store the personal data described above only for as long as is necessary to process your orders, including the warranty period. After that period, we store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data is then deleted unless there is a legal obligation that requires it to be kept for longer (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites connected to our web store via links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a trustworthy or secure manner.
